Low Income affordable housing

Program offers adult individuals the opportunity to live in the community and pursue work and social activities available to the general population. Active Treatment encompasses the social, emotional, cognitive, physical and communicative skills required for developing independent functional community living settings. The adult individuals served must be eligible for institutional treatment and must have a Developmental Disability as their primary diagnosis.

Provides a highly-structured living environment and 24-hour supervision in a "home-like" atmosphere for adults who need intensive training.

Program offers adult individuals the opportunity to live in the community and pursue work and social activities available to the general population. Active Treatment encompasses the social, emotional, cognitive, physical and communicative skills required for developing independent functional community living settings. The adult individuals served must be eligible for institutional treatment and must have a Developmental Disability as their primary diagnosis.

Community Living Arrangement (CLA) is available for individuals who qualify for an intermediate level of care, where they can live in a smaller home-like setting. UCP provides training in areas such as self-care, daily living skills, money management, and community safety/survival skills. Individuals also benefit from recreational and leisure activities with the facility staff.

Program provides a carefully balanced framework of home environment, specialized professional services, and a gradual decrease of supervision to encourage self-respect, responsible judgment, and practical life exzperiences. Qualified staff is on-call twenty-four (24) hours per day and provide guidance and training in basic life skills focusing upon normalization and independent living skills during the waking hours.Progress is monitored with the development of an individualized program plan and through measurable outcomes that teach self development, decision making, and home management skills.Each complex has an office, laundry facilities, and a Community Room. The individual lives in a private apartment with rent assistance. The resident must possess personal skills to enable self-sufficiency. Program provides some daily living and skills training.

Program offers two types of living options for Seniors in our area. Our Assisted Living Facility located at 302 Woodmont Circle, Batesville Arkansas Affordable Housing for eligible seniors in 12 different locations.These programs are available through senior centers in the following counties in our service area: Cleburne, Independence, Sharp, White, and Woodruff.

Mercy Crest Assisted Living provides quality care to the elderly or disabled residents who reside on the beautiful 20 acre campus in Barling Arkansas. With 102 private apartments, including one bedroom, two bedroom and studio, where residents are free to decorate with their own furniture, photos, and keepsakes making it a home.Mercy Crest provides round the clock licensed nursing and certified nurse's assistants to ensure residents have the best care.The Director of Clinical Care performs resident health assessments, develops resident service plans and collaborates with the care team to manage chronic health conditions.Our clinical staff assists residents with medication administration, coordinating care with their physicians and home health providers, provides support with activities of daily life and maintaining independence. We have a Restorative Nursing Program that allows residents to remain active and safe in their home.Mercy Crest has a wide variety of recreational activities including Bingo, Bean Bag Baseball, movie nights, Shuffleboard, various card and board games, outings and holiday parties. Our Dietary Manager and staff, provide three wonderfully prepared restaurant quality meals each day. Holiday meals and parties are especially exciting events.

Program provides a residential facility for older adults and/or people with disabilities who are unable to function in an independent living environment because they need assistance with toileting, bathing, dressing, medication management and administration, meals and housekeeping and other activities of daily living, but do not require nursing care on a regular basis.

Training provided includes daily living activities, environmental and behavioral strategies, appropriate social skills, health and fitness, community integration, recreation and leisure interests, academic skills including signing, writing, basic math skills, fine and gross motor skills, and independent living skills such as time and money management, transportation training, domestic tasks, problem solving skills, and personal hygiene. Direct care staff strive to be unobtrusive, and positive with each resident.
